DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between the buyer (“Buyer”) and NOKIC LTD, also referred to as “BELAVI” or “Seller”, with its registered address at 14/2E 10-16 Tiller Road, London, E14 8PX, United Kingdom.
- Purpose and Scope
This agreement has been drafted to inform the Buyer about the terms and conditions of the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically from the Seller’s website, www.belavi.co.uk, and to determine the rights and obligations of both parties. The terms and conditions hereunder apply to all products sold through the Seller’s website.
The Buyer acknowledges and accepts the entire agreement, including all provisions stated here, by placing an order on the website.

- General Terms
5.1 Product Price
The prices indicated on the website are in Pound (£) and include VAT. The prices may change from time to time, but the price applicable at the time of order submission will apply.
5.2 Shipping Costs and Rules
Shipping fees are not included in the product prices and will be added separately at the time of order placement. The Buyer will be informed about the shipping fees before confirming the order.
5.3 Product Information
The Seller reserves the right to modify the product offerings, particularly due to supplier availability. Changes made to the product offerings will not affect orders already placed.
5.4 Product Stock Information
Special offers, promotions, or discounts will be available until stock runs out or until the stated promotional dates. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from system errors or misuse of the system.
5.5 Order Confirmation
The order is confirmed once the Buyer clicks on the “Confirm Order” button. By confirming the order, the Buyer accepts all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement. An email will be sent to the Buyer to confirm the order. The Seller recommends saving a copy of this email for reference.
5.6 Payment
Payments are accepted via credit or debit card. The Buyer acknowledges that they have the necessary legal authorization to make the payment using the selected payment method.
5.8 Delivery
The Seller will deliver the products within 7 to 14 working days from the order date. In cases of delays, the Buyer will be informed within 7 (seven) days, and the Buyer may choose to cancel the order and request a full refund.
5.9 Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events or force majeure, the Seller will not be held responsible for failure to deliver within the stipulated time. The Seller will notify the Buyer as soon as the situation is resolved.
5.10 Product Images
The product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product packaging.
5.11 Defective Products
Upon receiving the product, the Buyer or the recipient should inspect the product’s packaging for any damage. If any defects are noticed, the Buyer has the right to reject the delivery and request a return. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any issues within 7 (seven) days.
5.12 Returns and Cancellations
The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 (thirty) days from receiving the product or from the date it was delivered to a third party. For returns, the product must not have been opened or used, and it must be in the original condition.
- Right of Withdrawal – Return Procedure
The Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the product. The product must be returned with its original packaging, without being opened, used, or damaged.
To initiate a return, the Buyer must complete the return form available on the website within 14 days. After the form is completed, the Buyer’s request will be processed, and the return will be arranged.
- Default and Legal Consequences
If the Buyer defaults on payment, the Buyer agrees to pay the related charges, including interest, to the bank involved, as specified in the credit card agreement.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by Turkish law. Any disputes arising from the execution or interpretation of this agreement shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts of the Buyer’s or Seller’s residence, as applicable.
- Validity
By completing the payment for the order, the Buyer agrees to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the agreement before the order is processed.
